WARD AERIALS LTD was established in 1964 by two of the present Directors.
WARD AERIALS (INSTALLATIONS) LTD, a wholly-owned subsidiary, was formed in 1993.
WARD LONDON LLP was established in 2008.

The holding company manages a large and varied portfolio of Rental and Maintenance Agreements.

The subsidiary company is responsible for installation and service work.

Our principal clients are local authorities, housing associations, managing agents, building and electrical contractors. We also work with Government departments, International Banks, Embassies, small businesses and North London domestic customers.

The company is a family business, with four members of the Ward family taking an active part in its day-to-day running. The workforce is made up in the main of people who have been with the company for many years: the two supervisors have been employed since 1977 and 1985.

With the ever-growing expansion of the television industry - multiple channel availability and digital broadcasting - the company looks forward to effective partnerships continuing with the extensive client base built up over 40 years, for many of whom we are automatically the first point of contact. A reputation has been built up under the leadership of Steve Ward, MD, for honest and straightforward advice, followed up by workmanship of the highest quality. All our staff are employed and no sub-contractors are used.

As all our key staff have worked with us for over 10 years, they have the experience and dedication to ensure your satisfaction. All our junior staff are trained in-house with industry knowledge and valuable experience cascaded down to a new generation of talented engineers, all of whom are employed by us. Ward Aerials do not use sub-contractors.

We design and install TV, satellite, access control and security systems, using quality materials to ensure long life. Repairs are carried out promptly by experienced engineers in a modern fleet of well stocked, fully sign-written vehicles. If you are a credit account customer, you can submit your work orders and queries by fax or E-mail. If you are not an account customer, your payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit card.

We can design a custom-made maintenance service with scheduled inspections and reports which can run alongside responsive repairs. We'd be happy to arrange a free consultation to discuss how our facilities could benefit you.

To help make the most of your finances we can offer rental terms on all commercial TV and security systems, including CCTV. Please ask for details. We are a member of the Confederation of Aerial Industries, with comprehensive Public Liability insurance and a published Health & Safety policy. We work closely with a Health & Safety specialist to ensure the well-being of our employees and customers.

We are officially appointed agents for Sky Television, both domestic and communal systems. We also supply, install and repair satellite TV systems for worldwide TV services. Our work allows us to serve a diverse client-base and we are proud to be an equal opportunities company.

For the security of both our customers and our employees, all staff wear corporate uniform with our company name on the back and chest.

Our staff have security clearance for works within MOD property.

They also carry a numbered, photo ID card that is registered on a secure database and can be verified with a telephone call to the Confederation of Aerial Industries on 01923 803030.

All data gathered by our office is treated as confidential and we do not share this information with outside agencies.
